Collection Files Not Working???

I need some help on getting simscredable collections file to work in the game... I have the items in the game and I put the collections folder in collections but they are not showing up in game under collections folders????

hi Ginger13a,

just want to confirm u added them in the user file? so full path is:
C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Collections\User

The path could be relative. My path is:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Collections\User

I'm having this exact same problem. Spent pretty much the whole day organizing all my content into folders. The files are in the collections user folder for each collection, timestamped for earlier to today when I made them... but when I go in game they've disappeared after I've made them. Solution?
