Delphy's Dashboard only checks .package based CC. Sims from the Exchange are .sims3pack based. You'd need CUSTARD to check .sims3pack files. Once you find .sims3packs with corrupt CC you'll either have to uninstall the CC from the Launcher if the CC shows up, or uninstall the whole sim.
