The "missing" dll file is part of the crash log generation system. Basically it is reporting on its own error and most all TS3 crash logs say that, it has nothing to do with drivers or why your game might have crashed.
Does this happen with all saves, or just one in particular? Can you start a new game save it, and then load that?
