The "missing" dll file is part of the crash log generation system. Basically it is reporting on its own error and most all TS3 crash logs say that, it has nothing to do with drivers or why your game might have crashed.
Does this happen with all saves, or just one in particular? Can you start a new game save it, and then load that?
I will try that. But i had a save i was playing ,then started a new one and played a bit, saved and exited, went back to play it later but when its mostly done loading it will crash
Did you by any chance start this new game by retreating to the Main Menu rather than quitting entirely? If not quitting entirely to the Desktop (or Origin) in between, that is a known way to corrupt the newly started or newly loaded game due to an EA bug where the contents of RAM are not cleared out entirely between world loads. The presence of the NRaas Traveler mod makes this bug much more likely to strike.
