This is only a guess since I have no real insight, but maybe use Buzzler's mod 'Moar Interactions' (updated 2015 - okey?) that allows a full-time job and a part-time, and then add a custum part-time job, seemingly possible just with the xml-resources. And maybe all this is compatible with the tip you got at MTS, to use NRaas custom careers?
