As a bit of an update to puzzlezaddict's findings, I have since found that
another change in the CYS discount (from 80% to 70%) happens when you own at least 75% of the set. In Merelhyn's thread, I posted my early data pointing to this:

This topic has made me curious what my CYS tools say the "CYS for free" should be for various DDs.
* half hour later *It looks like the current values are either close (not rounded) or are noticeably higher than the necessary CYS due to the discount not being 90%. I can provide my updated list for the main spreadsheet if you're interested in updating them.
