De-Plumifying My CC
Lesson: Do Not Go On Too Many CC-Collecting Missions Without Organizing Your CC Folders Beforehand.
All my games are developing "lag and crash" problems.
The problem with having gone on too many Hair Collecting Binges is that I have ended up pretty much causing a complete log-jam on my Sims game. I had up to 4.7GBs of CC in my Sims 3 CC folder and my game was starting to lag...badly. I find that I have not organized it properly nor have I done anything that would be able to allow me to find my CC when I want it or how I want it. This is not a good situation to be in. If I had properly organized my CC when I first started playing this game, I would probably not be in this situation that I'm in at the moment, but hindsight is always 20/20. Now I need to organize it in such a way that I'm able to do what I always wanted to albeit in a more organized fashion...preferably without throwing up my hands in frustration and just deleting the whole CC folder and then having to track down everything all over again. So I'm going along and trying to figure out how I'm going to organize this mods folder and actually make it work, the way I want it to.
I have figured out a start to this organization mess...that I need to figure out. While it's great to have everything in categories of 7Zip, WinZip and Sims3Packs files, it doesn't help when it comes to organizing your Sims 3 folders in terms of Hairs, Clothing and other categories. So hopefully my organizing this in the latter form will help to clean up the disarray of utter crap that I have going at the moment.

I'm leaving my NRAAS files in there, I'm also leaving several other files in there...such as my "naughty" (as the British would say) mod...in there. What's so gratifying as to see a couple of Sims enjoying happy time?
To give you a serious idea of how bad a state my Sims3CC folder is in, this is what it looks like now. I can't find PLUM in here, let alone tell you WHAT was in there...other than the fact that there's a whole bunch of CC in there. 4.7GBs worth...
