I've shared this link before. It's a great one. It will let you plug in a picture's url and will generate a color palette for it:

So I plugged in this picture of a peach:

And it gave me these vibrant colors:
ee2200 (red), bb0000 (deep red), ff6600 (orange), ffee00 (yellow)
You can then type in the number when using the CASt color tool.

The pepper picture above gave me these colors:
ee3300 (red), ff8800 (orange), ffff44 (yellow), ffeecc (cream)
