I’ve had some long breaks between playing. Usually, when I get back to it, I’ve usually been thinking about new stories... well, actually they’re usually similar to previous ones, but they’re “brand new” Sims and so it seems fresh to me. Like a couple I’ve got where the woman is a wannabe chef and the man is a talented gardener, it’s even a surname I’ve used countless times, but I’ve recently downloaded some worlds from the Store (which I hadn’t done before), and this couple are in Lucky Palms, so it’s not just playing in Sunset Valley yet again (I do enjoy SV obviously, it’s just refreshing to be somewhere new). I don’t usually play with the premades, although I did have one save where one of my Sim’s daughters fell in love with Sam Sekemoto; I prefer to create a family from scratch and completely control their story from the start.
As to old save games, I tend to delete them. I still have all the screenshots though and it’s fun to look back through them (although sometimes I’ve forgotten names and that’s annoying).
