I personally think that the default sims are pretty, they are like Barbie and Ken (Except certain pre-mades). My main issue is that sometimes they look dull.
I tend to avoid CC on my sims (except hairstyles and clothing). No skins, eyebrows, makeup, contacts, or sliders.
I think there can be beautiful sims with EA sliders and the right outfit and hairstyle, while having an interesting looks.
Also some of my favourite premades/my sims are not pretty but I like it, sometimes it is part of the story. :smile:
