I personally use a different skin and eyes, but other than that, the only cc I tend to use is hair (assuming you don't count store content as cc). Not to sure why I do this now I think about it, I guess I'm happy with the choice avaliable to me. Still occationally pick clothes up from the store though if I feel I'm missing something.
That's probably another reason too. Clothes especially I find look a bit jarring.
