Does resetting a Sim with Nraas reset needs?

I am playing rotationally using Nraas. I just rotated into a family, it's 4am, the child is exhausted and has to go to school in a few hours. I think there is a setting in Nraas to reset a Sim. Does it reset their needs as well?

ETA: Apparently a reset does not reset needs. Is there a setting that does that? Not a cheat. It's a pain when you rotate back into a family, it's 4am, everyone is exhausted and it's a work/school day.
  • I usually either use MC to give them all that day off of work/school with no penalty since it's not the sims' fault I suddenly decided to switch into their household at 4 am, or use testingcheats (which I know is not what you wanted) to drag their needs up to more reasonable levels.

There's a "max motives" command in MC's "intermediate" menu, if you don't want to drag the bars. Dragging the bars may still be faster.

I think it's not really cheating. Inactives often do stuff like visiting venues and parks in the middle of the night, including the kids. That doesn't make any sense at all, and I don't see anything wrong with topping up the needs in such a case.
  • With the testingcheats way though, their motives don't all have to be maxed out. I usually just drag them up high enough so that they can enjoy a couple hours of sleep and then breakfast, etc. and so they have a chance to begin the day normally if I haven't declared it a day off for the household.
  • I drag needs when I rotate to a new household, normally I "try" to do it at 11 or 12 at night. In my case, I find I have to drag the motive to make them sleepy, cause I don't want them up all night.

    In short no there isn't.
Inactive sims will have their needs rise and fall while not being played as the game pushes them to do stuff on their lot and visit other lots such as friends homes and community lots like parks.
