Does someone have a Baker's Bazaar Collection Tutorial?

Does someone have a tutorial on how to use the Baker's Bazaar Collection?  It doesn't seem to let me stock the shelves on a community lot, unless I either bring food my sims cooked at their home lot,...

Hi :)

I know there's a mod for it to work. Never used it. 

It's a nraas mod called Cupcake.
