Bought it on origin but it’s not coming up under my worlds on sims 3 website and I redeem the code but it’s too short to register

- You have to go to the "My Store Account". You can either get to it by clicking on your name in the upper left-hand corner or the Store tab on the old site. On that page you will see "Redeem a cash card", "Redeem a code" and "Preferences". Redeem a code is the one that you want as that has the 4 boxes instead of the 5 boxes for the game...?
