This isn't the 1.69 install that had been downpatched to 1.67 by way of System Restore that had been plaguing you much earlier? In other words, this is a new install (or on a different computer) so all that past stuff is not relevant? Just want to make sure first.
Is the crash during startup or does it happen in-game when you try to travel your sims?
What happens in a test run of Traveler, Overwatch, and ErrorTrap only, same thing or something different? Are you clearing your scriptCache,package file upon each addition or removal of a mod from Mods\Packages?
And is it only for one saved game where this happens or can you start a new game with the full mod combo and travel to a different world?
