The next step in troubleshooting, when you are able to return to this, would be to pull your TS3 user game folder out of Documents to the Desktop for safekeeping and try exactly what you just did, a fresh game in Sunset Valley, no other mods than the three listed, and a trip to a known to be safe to play world from there on the clean no content added folder that will get spawned in the original one's place (after setting up the Framework on it again of course).
If you still get a crash, then I'll have to direct you to our developer at NRaas. He will want to see any ErrorTrap script logs that may have been generated on these worlds along the way (the more recent ones, I mean). He will also want to know the specs of the system you are playing on, and whether the crash happens if you travel to a WA world without Traveler in play (I think you said it did not prior?). Other than that, for the moment, I'm about out of ideas.
