EA you are violating your own terms
If you have not updated your game past 1.67 don't buy anymore stuff packs or sets for Sims 3. EA is forcing update if you do. I bought 2 stuff packs and was not able to install them unless I updated...

yea I'm going to do the same. Aggravating it is to be subjected to a program that keeps reminding how they call the shots, you're subjected to them to just play the game.
I tried to click on the icon on my desktop & it said I had to sign in. I tried to close Origin after the game was launched & it said it cannot close because Sims 3 is open.
Yesterday I tried to sign on while offline & got this "you must be online when logging in for the first time"
(would post a pic but service I use to do that with is down right now)
But its getting ridiculous & today I was going to play Sims 3 and they hit me with Origin needs to update & the new terms of agreement.
I didn't even sign in, because I'm very leery of the Origin updates with Sims 3 and if they break the game I'll be very upset.
I have every store world, almost every EP, every GP, every SP with exception of 2-3, and A LOT of store bought items. A lot of sets, premium content etc
