Spring Discount Shows But Charges Full Price

Question

Hi!On my EA account, all Sims 3 packs show as part of the Spring Discount. I tried to buy Supernatural, which looked on sale for $10, but at checkout it charged me $20 instead of the discounted price.I’ve requested a refund, but I don’t understand why the discount isn’t applied. The homepage shows the Spring Discount, but it disappears at payment.Can someone help me understand this or fix it?Thanks!

cmrnavy​&nbsp; Someone else said the same thing a few days ago, although they didn't go through with the purchase.&nbsp; They were also in Turkey, or at least they had the EA App language set to Turkish.&nbsp; So maybe it's an issue with the regional store.
Regardless, you can buy content from the website rather than the EA App, for example:

The other person said they got the discounted price there.
