The disks I bought to replace my digital copies of the expansion and stuff packs were bought new at sales from a local games store. I used the codes that came with the disks to install them onto this new computer because I would have had to look for the codes I'd already registered on Origin when they were first released. I think I have them all but it was easier to just use the codes that came with the new disks.
Originally, when I was setting up my laptop to install from these new disks back in 2014 I used the codes that were registered on Origin as I had Origin installed on the laptop. I found it faster to install from disk and it turns out both sets of codes worked for me - the newly purchased disk codes as well as the digital codes I already had.
EDIT: I should add I already had the original June 2009 Base Game on disk so I only have the disk code for that one.
