Editing family relationships Sims 3

As the title says, is there any mod so I can edit the family relationships in the Sims 3? I really love Atom and Ceres Beaker but would love to make Loki and Circe and make them their parents for obvious reasons haha.
I looked all over the place but can't seem to find a mod related to it but perhaps I'm just dumb lol.

    With NRaas MasterController and its Cheats add-on, you can add (or remove) a parent, child, or sibling for a given sim. Click on one of the sims, NRaas > MC > Advanced > Family > Add Parent/Add Child/Add Sibling. Here's where to find the MC base mod and Cheats:

    P.S. You can't delete a discussion, but you can flag your other one and ask the mods to close it, if you like.
