error (-5005: 0x80070002)
An error (-5005: 0x80070002) has occured while running the setup. I get the message when I try to uninstall the game.. I did restore my computer a couple of days ago and I guess it's because of it....

That RevoUninstaller hasn't worked for me :( :(
I'm gutted! I just got a brand new Sony Vaio with a big dedicated video card so that The Sims 3 would run perfectly. It wouldnt work for me, I was getting a "there was an error during startup. see log for details" error, so i wanted to uninstall and reinstall, and so I did, but it didn't work, so I did a system restore, and at this stage I can't even uninstall the thing.
I am so frustrated! I have all the EP's and SP's so it's been taking me ages to do this.
Please, any help would be extremely appreciated.
