The lamps are for the Sims 4 game, but based upon which EPs you own from Sims 3. It was meant as a reward to long-time Sims 3 simmers going over to Sims 4.
They're pretty cheaty lamps, and they'll automatically show up in your Buy items if you log in to Origin to launch your Sims 4 game.
