Favorite places for build/buy cc?

I have always searched for buy objects much more than build objects, but one of my favourite creators on TheSimResource also has build stuff:

You can get a whole load of stuff from ATS3. It's all in Sims3Pack though, for those who don't use Sims3Pack.
