If you are wanting some buildings to replace your current rabbit holes and want something a bit "run down", try one of these lots by Cyclone Sue. That way you have something that you can use right away and just put the rabbit hole rugs inside. I love all her creations and use them in my worlds. I used some of her (assuming they are female) lots to make a sleazy harbor/criminal warehouse and nectary.
