You need to run it over s3rc, then decrapify, and that should fix it.

As long as you *only* use the 'decrapify' function on the uninstalled Sims3Pack file, there's no need to do anything to your saves, or anywhere else in the game. Just install the dress as if it's a piece of third-party cc.
