Found a tablecloth on Picnic table Barnacle Bay

I discovered this picnic table while taking my sim fishing in the store world Barnacle Bay. It has a tablecloth! Could not find any info on this picnic table on Google or through the forum.
What is the story on this? I've never seen it before.

    Thank you! I appreciate the answer. So if I put the picnic basket on the picnic table it will spawn the tablecloth?

    Again, much thanks! so an NPC must have had a picnic at that table? Somehow, the tablecloth was left. Interesting...
