Keep trying, and read the tips near the beginning of the thread. You have to zoom out in order to see the tiny little accept screen at the top right hand corner of your browser window. I don't know why they programmed it to come up so very differently than the standard acceptance pop-ups. I just downloaded this no more than 15 mins ago, so it should be there for you, too.
