FREE items from "The Sims 3 Store" (24th July, 2014)

The JCP collection isn't downloading for me. Or doing anything for that matter. Whenever I click download, the page grays out faintly (as if you were logging onto the Sims 3 site) but nothing pops up. I've tried a different browser but it does the same thing.
