As said before, you'll able to download them only if you are owning those items. In this case
1) copy links from here in text editor (Notepad is enough),
2) close internet browser.
3) Copy from notepad yours link
(ex. sims3://download/?ofbId=OFB-SIM3:45098)
4) Reopen yours browser and in search bar past yours copied link (ex. sims3://download/?ofbId=OFB-SIM3:45098)
5) Press enter (and launcher will download for you yours requested items).
