● Changing Countries and Languages
Many of the Free items that are not available for other countries are items in which companies paid for to advertise themselves. These companies are probably only targeting American consumers, so they are not paying for the right to be on all countries. Sadly, this means that only American users can download these free products. However, there is a work around for other countries. All you need to do is change your language settings to America and you will be able to begin downloading, but don't forget to change your setting back. If for some reason that you can't find this page, just click on the home page and scroll down to where it says "select language". I hope that this solves your issue.

● Download Not Installing Properly or Item Not Functioning Right
(Solution 1) Why not update your game? Many of the items on the store do require updates so make sure that you have the latest patch. To install the latest patch, open up your game's launcher and before you press play look to the bottom of the list and you will find a tab named 'Game Updates'. Update to the latest patch. You may need to install several patches and this may take a while so you will have to be patient. Also, do not cancel an update while it's in progress because this may cause your game to preform incorrectly.

(Solution 2) Have you tried tiring other browsers like Firefox? Sometimes the browser that you are using can affect the download.

● Mackintosh user and can't access Shop Mode?
Don't worry. The location of Shop Mode has been found so you can access all of those items sales, and promotions specifically targeted for it. Just Click the link below.

Please note that you will have to go back pages because if you want to view other sections because you don't have those buttons on the side which are provide on the side in Shop Mode.

● Shop Mode Downloads not working?
This is a normal issue can can be resolved fairly easily. The issue is usually caused when you are using this store when you are not actually in the game. This doesn't mean that your purchases from the in-game store won't work; it just means that you cannot download your purchases while online and not in the game. What you need to do is to check your purchase history forum in the Store>My Account>Purchase History part of this site. If you cannot find this portion of the site, use this link instead and put in the required information to continue onto the page.

● How to download the JCP Teen Set
1. Change language of the page to 'English > US'
2. Click Download button.
3. Zoom out yours page by clicking 'CTRL' and using the 'Mouse Scroll feature' to do this. You should see a table of download in the edge of the right corner.
