I use NRaas MasterController. I have the sim change into the outfit, then click on the sim>NRaas>MasterController>Stylist. Only the last 3 martial arts outfits show up. I only customize the level 10 outfit so that works for me. If you want to customize previous martial arts outfits have the sim change into that outfit (sim>NRaas>MasterController>Basic>Outfit) before taking the sim into MC's Stylist.
