Game Freezes but Animations Continue
Okay, I've given up! I've tried every single option out there that I've read! I updated all of my mods. I thought maybe installing Overwatch and Errortrap would help but they didn't. It still freezes!...

@pagounis - you need at least 8gb of RAM to play sims 3 (I have 6gb and even that's pushing it tbh)
@BiebersBabe3194 - I hope someone can help you with this problem, the only time my game lags is at 3am because overwatch is doing it's thing . Maybe best to look through the old sims3 forums. Try playing with a new sim in a new saved game say like "doris2" and see if that does it as well? @crinrict maybe able to help if they're around at some point :) http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/01/error-game-crashes-ctd.html
