Questions like that are not helpful. Can you please tell us which error message you get?
Coincidentally I just saw another simmer posting a similar problem. The error message was "cannot connect to Origin". If you face the same problem then please update your Origin client. Just start the Origin client. If there is an update available you should get an automatic notification.
