Adam was worn out from playing with the new foal, and sleeping hard.
Binky went to his new job at the Mausoleum and encountered a schoolmate named Piper. She had just located a tiny kitten, with no houses anywhere around the graveyard. After a bit of discussion, she took it on home, as Binky pointed out it didn't really fit the ambiance of the cemetery.
At home, Everett was admiring the electronic fish in the window prior to doing chores. So real-looking!
By nightfall, all the horses were tucked into their stalls.
Next morning a new mare was dropped off. Marabella, a Morgan, was a prize mare in the Casino-sponsored live horse act put on at the stadium. The Casino managers hoped for a fancy-marked foal to follow in mama's hoofsteps.
