Not to mention that the annoying "sinking" lot thing introduced with AMB still happens on occasions, and I find it happens to me more with lots that are not built on perfectly flat ground. I hate having to dump a lovely lot that I like because the land is all sunken and uneven.
There is a way to fix it with of course, but it's a pain.

I'll be very much looking forward to this one. Are you leaving it totally empty, or just adding RH's to it ?
