Have a question about the frame rate at the sims 3

Hello, I heard many times it's not good to have higher frame rate than 60 frame rates at the sims 3 and I actually don't know why it's not good and what happens if I have 120 frame rates while playing...

@ingridmf - My AMD control panel (Radeon Pro) interface doesn't look anything like that at all and neither did the much older one I had on my 2011 era card. I think we may have to, for now, say yes you have found the correct settings and then see how the actual fps behaves in-game before deciding whether to add in RTSS.
