Have anyone notice weird lights in the sky at night?...

I thought I saw a meteor approaching once (I've had Ambitions pretty much since it came out and STILL haven't experienced a meteor strike...), there was a big ball of light with a transparent light trail behind it. Turns out my game was paused and, because I optioned to have a short draw distance, it was just the lighthouse. The light house hadn't come in to focus but the light from it was...

Just use the telescope a lot and it will happen.

To the lights in the sky and the stars at Bridgeport I think they are a bit odd. Because in most large towns and cities all you can see in the sky normally is the moon and the very brightest of stars due to the city's lights and pollution.

I don't know about higher lvls but i know with photography it naturally gives my sims all sorts of weird things getting into the way of my photos, They normally give off the gnomes or a finger even blurring but never any sort of purple light ball like that.

No, the gnome appears itself, I was looking through the sky and found the purple ball.

They look like telephone cords.

The lights I have are like sun beams, extremely bright. Can't post a picture here. I thought it was a space ship at first but it just moved around the town. The camera will not go high enough to tell what the source is, but there is no telescope on the lot, it's not stadium lights, it is in the sky. I have been playing sims 4 since it came out and this is the first time I have seen this.
