i agree. i would also like to see time change from day to night in the game. But, just like when we see it snow in winter, it would require a full set of every item in this game, drawn new in a "night version". That's a lot of work. But even more challenging, is that the winter update which downloads all of the winter configured items, would have to be downloaded EVERY DAY. That would increase our use of internet bandwidth significantly. Imagining reinstalling the game every 12 hours!

Because of this, i doubt it will happen anytime soon.

The characters which have no sound, are voiced by actors not contracted with EA games. I think only a few of the show's voice actors contribute to the game. I don't expect them to hire any more expensive TV talent either, as no one wants to spend money on this game anymore. I'm glad it's still offering new content.

But i sure hope I'm wrong! i would love all these things you requested.

Great image, I remember it from long ago. Too bad the game structure just wouldn't support a night mode. I would love it. Have to settle for snow whn they givebit to us.

Halloween events have had overlay filters that make everything under it look eerie and dark. So it's possible the only addition would need to be glowing lights, which would be a huge undertaking, but possible and maybe not require everything be redesigned.

I think I remember a red edge fog thing for an event (valentine's?) but can not find an image.

That would be really cool as a one-off event, similar to the Christmas events, but that’d require too many resources to implement(they’d have to redo EVERYTHING to give us a night-time version of it) as a permanent fixture.

you are totally right!!. i’ve never thaught that way.
but i think they use the tv show sound data for the game. i think they can use the same with other characters but i am not in this business so i dont know maybe they couldnt do it.
