i run Sims 3 1.67 in windows xp sp3 compatibility mode which makes a huge difference for me. As far as setting up graphics, I found this with a quick google which uses your card as an example. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/Sims-3-Graphic-Card-issue/td-p/9387623
