Help with V-Sync/FPS

@SimplyJen Thank you! I did everything you said, plus ensured the game recognizes my card, and my fps are staying at 60 now. However, I am still experiencing screen tearing, even with Vertical Sync Tear Control set to Adaptive. Any ideas?

And yes, I meant laptop lol. Silly auto-correct.
