What a wonderful thread! Welcome to all the newbies! :D
My name is Jurik. The J is silent though (I always wonder how many people pronounce my name like jerk... :lol: ). I have been a player of the sims series ever since I was young and the first sims game came out. Then I went on to the Sims 2, and now the Sims 3. What can I say? I love the game and have stuck with it even despite the bugs. I became an active part of the online community a couple years back and before, I just lurked. I love chatting with all my simming friends and I honestly feel that the community is the best part of playing the game. I love building and being a part of this community has allowed me to develop my skills as a builder further than I ever thought I could. I come and go around here, but am always around - its just that sometimes RL gets busy and sometimes its not. When its not busy, I'm usually here in some way, shape, or form even if you can't see me. Also, full disclosure - I am a huge nerd. :D
