Starters are really hard to build! Sheesh!
Use the cheapest of everything and then just recolor. Have a sim live there for a while to depreciate the value and make sure you build it on the poor side of town, so the lot is a low value.
I finally finished and uploaded it! It came in just under 16.5k! Booyah - I'm quite proud of accomplishing this. Starters are definitely a challenge.
