I totally agree.
It's bad when support don't even know what age it is for!
Yes, I don't know why they don't have certain outfits and hairs for all (or at least elder/adult down to teen) ages. It's especially annoying when you have certain items in the store that you have to buy again and again just to get the item to go across teen to young adult to adult and elder! (I just guess they're sneaky in that way)
Hopefully with Supernatural we will see a wide range across ages and genders but I won't he holding my breath hehe
I think I have to defend CS a bit on this one. Origin support does not just support TS3 and its sp's and ep's but each and every game that EA puts out and well as coordinating with Steam support when their is a problem. At some level they just can't know anymore and expecting them to know about each and ever item in each and ever game is expecting way to much from them. I ony have a few EA games, but I have to admit that I don't know all about each and every items in even one game let alone all the ones I have. Sure I know where to go in game and pull it up or check it out in the 'store on the website' if the game has one, but whether its sized to fit one age group or another I would not know without checking it out.
I am sure that the guru who read the technical store forum do know these things and have answered questions like this many times or the website gurus have past the info on to them but they make this stuff and only for the store, they would not know about EP's and EP's contents, there you have to go to the general technical forum.
Its not wrong to expect the team that made the clothing or hair or object to know what size it fits or if its categorized incorrectly or other issues, but expecting overall Origin CS to know each and ever object or clothing or objects or tools or weapons or whatever is expecting way more then any person is capable of.
I didn't expect them to know... but to react when I tell them it is wrongly catagorised.... and to help me when it dosn't come in my game... (that could be checking oops it isn't teen it is adult try look there.... we where on email they could respond to me there...)
so no they can't know all about all items.... but they can listn when we say it is in a weong catagory.... 1 thinks you by a teen dress in this case.
I do wish they would say when its something they will pass on to the team or product lead of the store or specific EP or SP or the base game so we would know that it will be at least a point made to those who might fix it. Most of this stuff does get passed on but we never know that they either plan to do that or have to do it so its easy to think it just stops with them.
I know why, in most cases, they cannot say they are passing it on, pretty much don't say it will be unless they need a supervisor to get your game working. EA would worry that if we knew it would be passed on then we would expect a fit and that would be upsetting if they decide not to fix it. I know a few times guru's have said in a forum topic that they would pass info on and then after 2 days people were arguing about not hearing back - so I am sure Origin is the same way.
I, too, am hoping for SN to have at lease the 'costume' outfits for zombies to cover all age groups - if kids can be zombies I am sure they will have clothing like that. So far only adult clothing has been mentioned so I am not holding my breath.
