Hi All! @Sandraelle, @Soocoolsim and I have decided to do a co-build! I’m so excited!We’re doing a coastal beach home on a 30 x 30 lot. There will be 3 variations of the lot as each of us will do our own exterior siding and maybe a bit of personalizing. So, basically you’ll get to pick what color of home you would like or maybe just take all 3!My part was the shell, Soocoolsim is our Landscaper and Sandraelle is our Interior Designer.Keep checking here for more updates!Soocoolsim and Sandraelle will be by with some pics of their magic while it is getting finished up!

It is so special that the three of you are working together on the one build! :) It will be a very special bulld! It is nice that there will also be three versions of the exterior sidings. The design of the shell looks so very nice! The layout of the home looks very nice! Very nice roofing! The balconies look great! It is nice that there are split levels in the interior.I will look forward to updates! :)

The landscaping is looking very nice! @soocoolsim :) The pergola area beside the pool with the sofa seating looks so pretty! The plants, flowers and rocks look so very nice there! It looks a very restful and calming place for sims to enjoy spending time outdoors!
The fountain area looks very nice also! It is looking very nice! :)
