House build request
Hi there! I know that there is the DNA Team for house requests and I´ll post this there, too, but I hope that this thread here in the General Discussion finds even more people who are willing to buil...

I love a clean, modern look; so I'll play with this today and see what I come up with.
I also love small, so I'll start with a 30x30 and see if that can work.
Here's what I came up with for you:

There are six bedrooms, one large bath, an activity room, and some balconies on the upper floor and a master bedroom and nursery on the ground floor, as well as a really large bathroom that can include laundry. I added a nice outside patio area too. Hopefully, all the rooms are large enough for you @AlexaKry !
