How do I get multiple Death Flowers?

I believe it is one death flower per plant but if you collect seeds and get to a certain level in gardening (not sure of the level off the top of my head) but plant the seeds and you will wind up with tons of them sooner or later. My main Sims always have death flowers in their inventory, due to gardening.
