How do you make certain effects on the fog emitter go continuously?

I'm playing around with the fog emitter for a lot I'm working on and I'm wanting to have a falling leaves effect on the lot. However, no matter how much I play around with it the leaves only fall ...

I briefly looked into the triggers portion on the menu but I got a bit intimidated seeing all of that and I really didn’t want to mess up anything on my lot on accident :D

I might have to look more into that as well to see if anything would work. Thank you for the input!
