How do you make Twins in CAS....

Once you have created your sim that you want to have a twin there should be a picture of them at the bottom of the screen with three dots on it. Click on the three dots and there will be an option to make a twin. The twin will be a carbon copy of the original.

That just makes them a duplicate though. If you want them to actually be twins you have to do it in family relations box, and they need to be teen or younger. The only family relation you can have between adults is housemate or spouse.

And also if you use the make child button, it doesn't put in any family relationship either. You have to do that manually in the editing box.

Don't think there is a way.. But you can always buy two birthday cakes and force them to age up at the same time. You can also use testingcheatsenabled true cheat to right click, age up.

You can download a mod to disable CAS Staggering. It sets all created Sims to the beginning of their lifestage.

Other than that, "twin" is a loose meaning in the game. As far as CAS Sims go. For CAS sims, a "twin" is a sibling that looks like each other. Sims born in game don't register any special relationship for being part of a multiple birth, either. And many of the born-in-game twins DON'T look alike. From what I've read, there's only about a 10% chance (out of twins born) that they'll get identical genetics.

When you add a new sim there are options and one of he options are play with genetics and click on that change the relationship to sibling and select twin male or female I hope this helps
