How do you manage your sims' outfits?

I like changing outfits frequently. I get bored seeing them wear the same thing all the time. I use all my slots and because I have MC I can have extra slots which I do use at times. :) If I feel they have outgrown an outfit I make them something new.
I also change hair to go with the outfit. I generally leave makeup alone, unless I do something special for a formal outfit.
