How do you rent out properties with Nraas's story progression?

Question

I read online you can buy homes and rent them with Nraa's story progression and money module mods.
I have both installed and purchased a "Rental" property, fixed it all up.But I can't move any sims into it, only my own sims.

An inactive household will either move into your rental property if/when they want to on their own, or I believe you can force them in if they are living elsewhere in town with MasterController's Add Sim.
